Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., through the Cloudflare Pages service (cloudflare.com).

Intellectual property

The texts, photos and logo are protected. Any reproduction requires the publisher's prior permission. The Barlow and Barlow Condensed fonts are distributed under the SIL Open Font License.

Photos and image rights

If you can be recognised in a photo and would like it removed, write to the email address above. No reason is required. The photo concerned is then removed from the site.

Personal data

The site has no accounts, audience measurement or advertising. It sets no cookies and uses no browser storage.

Trial class form. Your name, email address, phone number if given, chosen class and message are used only to answer your request and organise your visit. This processing is a step you request before a possible registration (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The site does not keep this data: it passes through Cloudflare and is sent by email to a Gmail mailbox provided by Google. It is deleted from this mailbox no later than 12 months after the last exchange, unless you join the club. Please avoid including health information in the message.

Technical data. To display the site and protect it, Cloudflare processes connection data, including the IP address and the page requested. This processing is based on the publisher's legitimate interest in providing a secure and available site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a processor and may process this data outside the European Union, under the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Its privacy policy states the retention periods: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Photos. The photos show club members training. They remain online until a removal request or until they are replaced.

Instagram. The link to Instagram leads to a Meta service, which applies its own rules once you leave this site. If you write to the club on Instagram, your message is used only to answer your request.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or the restriction of its processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
